Reid is a lawyer at Exxon and also played for the University of Houston basketball team during the days of Phi Slamma Jamma (and no, they weren’t using peach baskets during that time). He has served as a broadcaster for ESPN and spent one season as the Assistant Basketball Coach for University of Houston under Clyde Drexler.
